These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of shirovacleaningservices.com and any cleaning services booked with Shirova LLC ("Shirova," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise using our Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Shirova provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding areas, including Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Luxury Home Cleaning, and Corporate Cleaning.
2. Quotes & Booking
The estimate generated through our online quote form is preliminary. A member of our team will follow up to confirm final pricing and details before your booking is scheduled. Bookings are managed and confirmed through BookingKoala.
3. Payment Terms
- A 40% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
- The remaining 60% balance is due after the cleaning has been completed.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. However, because we reserve your time slot in advance, the following applies:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning, or on the day of service, are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
- We recommend reaching out as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
5. Access to Your Property
You are responsible for providing our team with access to your property at the scheduled time (e.g., key, code, or someone present to let us in). Delays or inability to access the property may affect scheduling and could be treated as a late cancellation.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee

7. Damage to Property

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shirova's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
